And one study found that – if we eat red meat for many years, it starts to increase in our body (TMO).  This TMO is one of the causes of heart disease.

This study looked at a group of 16 runners. (This study was fully informative.)The researchers analyzed the participants’ running performance as well as athletic performance and symptoms of gut bacteria, 

First, a few runners have 40% protein,30% carbs, and 30% fat intake was allowed. On the other hand, It is 10% protein, 60% carbohydrate, and Contains 30% fat compared with a group on a high-carb diet.

The researchers found that high protein is a factor that causes some disturbance in the stability of the gut microbiome.
